1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched from our Gandhinagar warehouse.

2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery across India. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Within Gujarat: 2 to 3 business days.
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 4 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to unforeseen weather conditions, logistical issues, or remote delivery locations.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders exceeding a specific cart value, which will be explicitly highlighted during the checkout process.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track the package via our logistics partner's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address provided by you, or after multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
