At Sapana Fertilizers, we strive to ensure that your agricultural supplies reach you in perfect condition. Due to the sensitive chemical nature of fertilizers and pesticides, our refund and return policies are strictly defined to guarantee safety and quality control.

1. Order Cancellations

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our Gandhinagar warehouse. A full refund will be initiated immediately.
• After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our logistics partner, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

• Damaged in Transit: The product packaging is visibly damaged, leaking, or torn at the time of delivery. (Please refuse delivery and take a photograph if possible).
• Wrong Product Delivered: The product received does not match the item ordered.
• Expired Product: The product received has passed its expiry date.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control, we do not accept returns if:

• The product's factory seal has been broken or tampered with.
• The product has been partially used.
• The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
• The buyer simply changes their mind after receiving a perfectly intact product.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return request is approved and the item is received back at our facility, it will undergo a quality check.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
• The refund amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (e.g., UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).
